By accessing or using the website located at proplnx.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. PropLnx LLC ("PropLnx," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site is an informational placeholder website for PropLnx LLC, a real estate technology company. At this stage, the Site does not facilitate account creation, financial transactions, or user-generated content. It exists solely to establish the PropLnx brand online and provide contact information.

All content appearing on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the PropLnx name and brand marks, is the exclusive property of PropLnx LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Egypt and the United States. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PropLnx LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Site, even if PropLnx LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. PropLnx LLC's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed USD $100.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt as the primary jurisdiction, and secondarily by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days. If not resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings related primarily to Egyptian users or Egyptian law shall be seated in Cairo, Egypt; proceedings related primarily to United States users or Texas law shall be seated in Austin, Texas, USA.

8. Modifications

PropLnx LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
