PropLnx LLC ("PropLnx," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit proplnx.com (the "Site"). We collect minimal data and do so only with your consent.

2. Data Controller

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information directly. There are no registration forms, user accounts, or contact forms on the Site.

If you accept cookies (see Section 9), we collect the following data via Google Analytics 4:

  • Anonymized IP address (last octet masked by Google)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and navigation paths
  • Session duration and engagement metrics
  • Country/region of origin (derived from anonymized IP)

Cookies set by Google Analytics: _ga (persists for 2 years; distinguishes unique users), _gid (persists for 24 hours; distinguishes unique sessions).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We rely on consentas the legal basis for any cookie use or analytics data collection. No analytics data is collected until you explicitly click "Accept" in the cookie consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and declining consent on your next visit.

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. Our consent-first implementation is designed to meet this standard.

5. How We Use Information

Analytics data is used solely in aggregate to understand traffic patterns and improve the Site. We do not use it to identify individual users, build profiles, or serve targeted advertising.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share anonymized analytics data only with Google LLC, which acts as our data processor for Google Analytics. Google's data processing terms govern this relationship. No other third parties receive your data.

7. Data Retention

Google Analytics retains user-level and event-level data for 14 months by default. Aggregated reports are retained indefinitely. Cookie expiration: _ga — 2 years; _gid — 24 hours.

Under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020):

9. Cookie Policy

The Site uses a consent banner on first visit. Until you click "Accept," no cookies are set and no analytics requests are made.

  • _ga — Google Analytics; identifies unique users; expires after 2 years.
  • _gid — Google Analytics; identifies unique sessions; expires after 24 hours.
  • proplnx-cookie-consent — Our own preference cookie stored in localStorage; records your Accept/Decline choice; expires when you clear site data.

To disable cookies: access your browser settings and block or delete cookies for proplnx.com. Note that disabling cookies will prevent analytics from running but will not affect your ability to use the Site.

10. International Data Transfers

Analytics data processed by Google LLC may be transferred to and stored on servers outside Egypt, including in the United States and other countries. Google operates under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. By accepting cookies, you consent to this international transfer.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
